You will be responsible for assisting with general day-to-day involvements of finance & HR activity. In terms of finance, this will involve working within our CRM and accounting software to maintain customer invoicing and payments. In terms of HR, this will involve assisting with our recruitment process and working with external providers for our employee contracts, as well as holidays and other general HR processes.
- Sending invoices for work and projects that have been complete.
- Sending invoices for our recurring invoices.
- Maintaining our billing run and checking our recurring invoices are correct.
- Assisting clients with any invoice queries.
- Reconciling payments made from clients.
- Chasing clients with late payments.
- Communicating with internal managers for job positions.
- Assisting with job descriptions.
- Posting available opportunities on recruitment websites.
- Liaising with recruitment companies.
- Maintaining employee personnel files.
- Arranging company events.
- A minimum of 24 months of finance experience.
- A minimum of 24 months of office experience.
- A minimum of 24 months of experience working with finance modules within a CRM package.
- A minimum of 24 months of experience working with accounting packages.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work with numbers.
- A people person and willing to work openly with colleagues at all levels.
- Competent working on computers and Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, etc.
- Ability to work with software packages for our finance & HR functions.
