As Marketing Manager, you will lead all aspects of marketing across digital, brand, and campaign activity. You’ll be responsible for generating qualified leads for our Account Managers and future Business Development function, while improving how we present and promote the MCS brand.
You’ll work closely with directors and the wider team to position our services, create engaging content, and drive consistent, targeted campaigns. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong initiative, commercial awareness, and a passion for B2B marketing.
- Develop and manage lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and email.
- Build and maintain lead funnels, using HubSpot or similar tools to track performance.
- Plan and deliver campaigns focused on IT support, cyber security and telephony services.
- Collaborate with account managers to ensure follow-up and feedback loops are aligned.
- Create engaging written, visual and video content – including case studies, blog posts, and client testimonials.
- Oversee our website content, ensuring it’s kept up to date and optimised for SEO.
- Manage social media presence and increase audience engagement.
- Work with designers or freelancers when required to enhance output.
- Own and deliver a marketing plan in line with business goals.
- Report on campaign performance and KPIs regularly.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine our positioning.
- Work closely with directors on positioning, messaging and proposition development.
- Coordinate webinars, events and networking activity to increase visibility and lead flow.
- Support vendor co-marketing and MDF opportunities (e.g. SentinelOne, Pax8, Microsoft).
- Create marketing assets in line with vendor programme requirements.
- Collaborate across the wider business to gather client insights, testimonials and feedback.
- Help improve internal marketing processes and asset management.
- 3+ years’ experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally in a tech or MSP environment.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and HubSpot (or similar platforms).
- Strong content creation skills across digital formats.
- Creative thinker with a commercial mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Able to work independently while contributing to a wider team effort.
