We are looking for a high-performing Account Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for crafting sales plans, justifying those plans to management and working alongside the team to put those methods into practice. The ideal candidate must conduct themselves in a professional manner, have excellent written and verbal communications skills and be very business astute. You will be responsible for resolving remote IT & telephone issues, working with other members of the support desk and reporting to the support desk manager. We are looking for a high-performing Field IT Technician to respond to onsite IT/telephone issues and for new IT installations. You will be responsible for installing servers, PC's, all other general network equipment and working closely with the operations department to ensure all visits are completed correctly.
