Location: Burscough, UK - Department: Sales & customer service

We are looking to recruit an Account Manager to join the MCS team. The opportunity will involve working from our office in Burscough and visiting customer premises throughout the North West. The ideal candidate will conduct themselves in a professional manner and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You must have proven experience in delivering high quality service in the following areas:

  • Having excellent customer care skills and ensuring clients have a healthy working relationship with you.
  • The ability to create IT plans for clients, including budgeting, project management and managing installation.
  • Discussing with customers new solutions and services, by email, phone or in person.
  • Meeting sales targets and continuing the growth of clients to the business.
The successful candidate will also display the following qualities:
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, customer focused and commercially aware.
  • Able to work as part of a team as well as independently.
