Location: North West, UK - Department: Sales
We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for crafting sales plans, justifying those plans to management and working alongside the team to put those methods into practice. The ideal candidate must conduct themselves in a professional manner, have excellent written and verbal communications skills and be very business astute. You must have proven experience in delivering high quality service and support in the following areas:
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets.
- Designing and implementing a strategic business plan to expand the customer base and presence.
- Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Presenting sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
